CONCEPT OF SLAUGHTER IN REVEALED AND UNREVEALED RELIGIONS

Abstract

The concept of slaughtering the animals existed in every era of human history. The difference is only between revealed and unrevealed religions.The slaughter of revealed religions has always been according to the command of Allah S.W.T .The previous nations of the prophets used to slaughter the animals according to their teachings of slaughtering as revealed by their revealed religion and the used to consume the meat of those animals after a proper slaughter. The history of slaughtering the animals just for the sake of Allah's grace is as ancient as the whole mankind. If we talk about unrevealed religion then because their natures were not under the revelation of Allah S.W.T therefore ,the people of each city and era used to sacrifice the animal according to their own existing culture and civilization and their slaughters were not under the revealed commands.As the people,in many areasof Pakistan nowadays, press the heart of sheeps by entering their hands from their back after dissecting it until it stops working,after that they use its meat.
