COMPARATIVE STUDY ABOUT THE RIGHTS OF WOMAN

Abstract

Religion Islam has brought a message of observency and protection of rights for humanity. Before Islam, every weak class of society was under force of stronger society. In the history of humanity, it has been two different facts, the observency and the females. The women in the West had to go through a long struggle to get her rights, even though she did not succeed in getting her rights. In this article, the monographist has described the place of women in the best way from Islam's perspective, and has proven that Islam has given women religious, social, legal laws, constitutional, political and administrative rights and there is also guarantee of rights. But it is a surprise that, when Western Scholars today hold the History of women rights, they ignore Islam's historical services and unique role in this chapter. Islam's arrival was a message of freedom from the bonds of slavery, humiliation and cruelty for women. Islam eliminated the fortune of all kinds of rituals which were profane to the women's human rights and gave them the rights through which they got the right respect and observency in the society. Islam also guarantees honor, supremacy, prestige and basic rights like males to females based on a civilization, where each person is an active part of the society. And in the Islamic society, due to the blessings of women rights, contributing to social, political and administrative fields contribute to society's social development. The Monographist has debated on the topic “What West has given to Women”. The whole discussion has proved that Islam has given the rights which West has not given to women, and has proven that the Western women work on, which is not her responsibility. It does not matter what it is. She goes out to work etc. The narrator also described the disadvantages of mixed gatherings in this article. And Islam never stopped the women from studying, but also allowed her to read, and scholars for her have described some conditions.
