Abstract
Islam is the complete code of life. It is not only the name of some spiritual virtues, but encircles the whole life. As Islam gives guidance for every aspect of life, how it is possible that it does not cater the means of livelihood. In the beginning when business was limited, the importance of advertisement was not a prominent feature, but as society develops and business expands with time, advertisement plays very important role in business it inform people worldwide and becomes a profitable business. Today, marketing sector is the backbone of economic activities. No industry or business can be successful without proper marketing. From past few decades, business sector plays very important role in economic development of a country which results in prosperity. Advertisement is not only related with economic growth of a country, but also a mirror to the society in which it operates and reflects the cultural value of one society to another. In this under consideration dissertation. I have enlightened the rules and regulations of advertisement in the light of Islamic laws. I hope that this effort of mine become a useful mean to reform the flaws in the ways of advertisement. I pray to ALLAH that may this small effort of mine gives benefit to mankind.
